Resources & Shooter Progression

Once your HQ path is under control, you need resources and hero progression to keep the account moving.
Step 3: Keep Core Resource Buildings Running
Your shelter has three important basic resource-production buildings:
Building
Produces
Farmhouse
Food
Lumberyard
Wood
Wind Turbine
Electricity
These resources support construction, building upgrades, and troop training.
However, early progression generally benefits more from:
HQ prerequisites • Events • Gathering • Rewards
than from trying to max every production building.
Don't Let Resource Buildings Distract You
Upgrade them when useful, but don't delay an important HQ prerequisite simply because another resource building can be upgraded.
Your goal is efficient progression, not equal building levels.
Step 4: Push Shooter Stages
Don't ignore Shooter stages while developing your shelter.
Shooter stages provide useful rewards, including XP crates for leveling your heroes.
The different Shooter modes also contribute to long-term progression and feed into each other.
When Construction Slows Down
Long building timers don't mean your progression has to stop.
Use that time to:
Push Shooter stages
Earn rewards
Collect Hero XP
Gather resources
Participate in events
Prepare for your next required upgrade
